About Us
Blessed Properties is founded on Luke 12:48 which proclaims in part; for unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall much be required. We’ve taken this spiritual concept and applied it to our business. Your home, time and money are some of your most valuable assets. By choosing to do business with us, you are giving us an opportunity to serve you, with that, you have an earnest expectation that your needs will be fully met. We understand that you will require much from us and we gladly accept all of the responsibility that comes along with your expectations and trust.
We strive to ensure top quality service and satisfaction to our property owners and tenants alike, both are valuable to us, without one, we could not have the other. We pride ourselves in the decent and professional manner in which we care for our clients and their concerns.
Patrick Purifoy
Broker, Property Manager, New Accounts
He gave his life to Christ on Fathers Day 1995.
He’s a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
He loves to serve others.
He’s a husband and father of three beautiful children.
He’s been in real estate for 5 years.
He became interested in real estate after a realtor treated him and his wife badly on the purchase of their first Home. It was then that he decided that he could treat and care for people much better than he and his wife were treated in such a monumental endeavor (the purchase of a home). He’s always striving to become better in all that God has called and blessed him to be and to do.
Tosha Purifoy
Office Manager, Realtor Assistant
She gave her life to Christ in Jan 1995.
She is the epitome of the Virtuous Woman that Proverbs 31 speaks of.
She’s the mother of three wonderful children.
Tosha encouraged her husband to enter into real estate almost 10 years ago when a realtor treated them badly when purchasing their first home. The premise behind her encouragement was that she knew her husband was capable of treating people with dignity, respect and the care, concern and attention needed when purchasing a home, especially for the first time. As Patrick acted on her encouragement she has been there by his side yet encouraging him as he blesses the people he meets with his care, concern and attention.
She is truly Patrick’s Good Thing!

I love Real Estate and helping people achieve part of what we call the American dream. Owning my own home gave me a sense of security and a sense of belonging. That’s what I love to help my clients achieve. The look on their faces when they realize that they own a little piece of America and when they can actually say, “This is mine, this is where I belong,” is priceless.
Being a mother of three and having to settle down temporarily in Florida, Puerto Rico, Spain and Fort Hood, TX during my husband’s military career for over 11 years, has not been an easy task. The love and admiration that I have for my family to include my little Cocker Spaniel, Rocky, has given me the strength needed to provide a loving, well balanced home life for them especially during my husband’s Millitary deployments. I do give all the credit to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ because he has been the inspiration and the rock in our lives. I believe anyone that has been affiliated with the Military one way or another can relate to that. Over the last 11 years my husband and I have learned how important it is to find the right environment for our family so they can feel safe, secure and at home. I used my experience as a Realtor in Florida, when we finally decided to settle down in the Fort Hood, TX area. Our own dreams came true when the construction of our first home was completed. After years of re-establishing ourselves, we were finally home!
While working with a Custom Builder as a sales agent for almost three years, I became very knowledgeable in the process of building a new home. Helping my clients customize their home the way they have always dreamed of is very fulfilling. So if we take my Real Estate expertise and you’re real estate needs and dreams, and put them together, we would form the perfect team to help you realize your Real Estate dreams. I look forward to serving you!

His passion to help people was the catalyst to encourage him to the field of real estate. He has a witty ability to converse with anyone and everyone. This innate niche brings a comfort to an area that can be potentially nerve-racking to any person, but his love transcends through his words.
